Lic. iur. Tobias Zuberbühler, LL.M., born 1969, was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 1999 and is a partner of Lustenberger Glaus & Partner since 2005.

 

Education and Professional Experience: Tobias Zuberbühler graduated from the University of Zurich Law School in 1994 (lic. iur.) and obtained a Master of Laws degree of International Legal Studies (LL.M.) at Golden Gate University, San Francisco in 1996. After a clerkship with Wyler & Lustenberger in 1997/1998, he was an associate with Meyer Müller Eckert Partners in Zurich from 1998-2005. Tobias Zuberbühler is a WIPO Domain Name Panelist and predominantly involved in international arbitration.
